What is your service area?

Big Time Limo currently services a radius of about 250 miles from St. Petersburg, FL.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?

Our fleet consists of Luxury Sedans, SUV’s, Stretch Limousines, Stretch SUV’s, Buses & Party Buses. Also please refer to our Fleet page for pics & info.

What hours are your vehicles available?

Our fleet is available for service 24/7 365 days a year.

What are your office hours to call and make a reservation?

7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. You can always leave a message after hours and someone will get back with you asap.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

We suggest reservations be made as soon as you know the date of service to assure availability but at least 24 hours in advance.  For last minute reservations, please call us at 1-727-692-9809 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What are the minimum amount of hours I can rent a Luxury Sedans or SUV’s?

The minimum is 2 hours, with the exception of our flat rate one way destination or round trip service up to 250 miles of St. Petersburg, FL.

What are the minimum amount of hours I can rent Stretch Limos, Passenger Vans, or Party Buses?

Not every vehicle has the same minimum hours, please refer to each vehicle on our fleet page for details.

Is a deposit required to reserve a Stretch Limo?

Yes! A nonrefundable credit card deposit is required to reserve most vehicles. Luxury Sedans however do not require a deposit with the exception of Airport Pick ups.

Do you provide child safety seats in your vehicles?  

No, we do not provide child safety seats.  However, our sedans are equipped with the proper seat belts, so you are welcome to bring your own child seat.

Do you allow alcohol in your vehicles?

The law will allow for alcohol to be in any vehicle that has a divider between the passengers and the driver, however just like in most SUV, Passenger Vans or Sedans, they have no divider so the same laws to open containers would apply, so please factor that into your decision on which vehicle you choose.
